Salary: negotiable Hours: Part time (20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 08:30-12:30) Based: Alton, Hampshire We are looking for an adaptable, organised and pro-active Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team at our Head Office in Alton, Hampshire. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating office activities and will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance to company policies and the smooth running of business operations. This role provides essential administrative support services to the Thorn SDS team. Responsibilities include: Managing the inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary. Managing inbound and outbound company correspondence, including phone calls, letters, cards, and packages. Managing the admin@ email inbox. Maintaining records and databases in compliance with the quality management system. Booking training courses for staff. Making flight and hotel bookings for the team. Carrying out team uniform and equipment replenishment. Organising company car servicing and maintenance. Supporting Thorn SDS to retain its key accreditations. Act as the main point of contact for our IT support partner. Plan and keep minutes at monthly, quarterly and annual team meetings. Support the new starter induction and basic training process. Review and improve internal processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for commercial gains
