Activities include system design, performance optimisation, fault identification and fix, 24/7 incident management, preventative/corrective maintenance, sustainment, patch management, and both hardware and software integration. The operation is highly configured and comprises a mix of Linux and Windows devices across a number of sites. We are looking for a Team Leader with highly developed people skills to empathetically manage the team ensuring that we deliver services to our client with a continual focus on quality, customer satisfaction and resource optimisation in an agile operational environment. The role requires someone who can accurately plan the project work, support the team with achievable delivery schedules and be responsible for delivering programme changes and variations whilst managing our client’s expectations. This will mean that you will have conflicting demands and you will need to maintain a view on the bigger picture. You must have good communication skills (both orally and written) and have the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders and build strong working relationships with our client base and other service providers.
