We work on a variety of projects across UK sites, with the majority of our projects being located in Farnborough, Bristol, Corsham, Lincolnshire. We are looking for dedicated and talented Systems Engineers with a passion for advancing defence technologies to join our team on a permanent basis.
The opportunities range from early careers to experienced Subject Matter Experts; however, you will need to have up-to-date, relevant defence experience and hold current clearance.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art defence systems in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct system architecture design, integration, and testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse system requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project goals and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Conduct rigorous testing of defence systems to identify and address any potential issues or vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate system performance and propose enhancements to optimize functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of components and timely project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in defence technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends and technologies relevant to defence systems.
Preferred Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or advanced degree).
- Proven experience in the design, development, and testing of defence systems.
- Strong knowledge of system engineering principles, including system architecture, requirements analysis, and integration.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with radar systems, missile defence systems, or autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to defence technologies.
- Advanced certifications in system engineering or related fields
